Step 1. Please reboot the modem.

Step 2: Reset the cable box by pressing the button on the setup kit.
Simply reboot your modem.
Wait 10 seconds then reboot your STB or Amazon Firestick.

Simply hold down "B" and the "Setup button at the top of the remote at the same time until the LED light at the top of the remote blinks twice.
Simply press the Plus (+) button on the remote until the LED light blinks four(4) times.
